Controls and monitors are part of environments where cleaning and purifying air moves beyond the usual HVAC filters and ventilation air. We utilize sensors and real-time monitors that identify, track, and assure safe destruction of: mold, odors, allergens, bacteria, viruses, corrosion, chemical gases, and VOCs. Powerful proprietary filter media, adapted to each environment’s unique contaminant mix, is added to ultraviolet (UV) light coupled with a photocatalyst. The result is air clean enough to recirculate, reuse, and allow lower energy use of the HVAC system.
